DR SHOMO KNOWS Book Club is excited to announce that we will be hosting the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland stops of the Finding My Sparkle Book Tour! This is our first Book Tour Partnership and we would love to have your support. Cincinnati will be kicking off the start of the tour on Thursday 11/14 at 6 pm. Why a Book ClubI love a good book. I enjoy reading biographies and books written by journalists on a mission for the right story. Interests in these areas are books written by authors with a diverse perspective or telling the narratives of diverse perspectives. I enjoy reading these types of books because it helps to reinforce the idea that though we are diverse in cultures, languages, physical attributes,etc; we experience so much of the same things in our lives. We also can learn a lot from each other so I enjoy a book with a message as well. Archives
